Boston concentrates healthcare, life sciences and higher education — three sectors where the documentation around a system matters nearly as much as the system. Validation evidence, audit trails and change control are deliverables, not overhead.
That changes how a project is estimated. A feature that takes two weeks to build can take four to build and evidence, and pretending otherwise produces a schedule that fails at exactly the wrong moment.
Education clients bring FERPA and, where under-13 users are involved, COPPA. Both constrain analytics and third-party embeds in ways that surprise teams used to consumer defaults.

Education data limits what can be sent to third-party tools. The measurement plan has to be designed against that, not corrected after a review.
Research data has its own rules
IRB oversight, consent tracking and de-identification requirements shape the data model in life sciences work, and they are not negotiable late.
