Our commitment
Accessibility is a standard requirement in every engagement we deliver, not an upgrade. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the benchmark US courts and federal agencies most commonly reference under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508.
What we have implemented on this site
- Semantic structure — a single H1 per page, a logical heading hierarchy, landmark regions and a skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
- Keyboard access — every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that meets contrast requirements.
- Color contrast — text and interface components meet or exceed the 4.5:1 and 3:1 ratios required at Level AA, in both the light and dark themes.
- Reduced motion — all animation is disabled for visitors whose system preference requests it, and no information is conveyed by motion alone.
- Forms — every field has a persistent visible label, errors are described in text and announced to assistive technology, and focus moves to the first invalid field.
- Zoom and reflow — content reflows to 320px width and remains usable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Target size — interactive controls meet the 24×24 CSS pixel minimum introduced in WCAG 2.2.
- Theme choice — a light theme is available for visitors who find light text on dark backgrounds difficult to read.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than imply the site is flawless.
- The decorative pointer effect on desktop is hidden from assistive technology and disabled under reduced-motion preferences, but it may still be visually distracting for some users. Disabling animations in your operating system removes it entirely.
- The homepage hero includes a decorative layered graphic. It is marked as decorative and carries no information not also present in adjacent text.
- Third-party content embedded in future pages — such as video players or scheduling widgets — may not fully meet our standard. We evaluate accessibility before adopting any third-party component and will note exceptions here.
Assistive technology tested
We test with keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows, browser zoom to 200%, and Windows High Contrast mode. Automated checks run in our deployment pipeline, but automated tools catch roughly a third of real issues, so manual testing remains the primary method.
Report a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from doing something, tell us and we will fix it. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues within ten business days, or to give you a dated plan if a fix will take longer.

Accessibility in the work we deliver
Every website and application we build ships with an accessibility audit report against WCAG 2.2 AA at handover. For clients with Section 508 obligations we also prepare a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). We are glad to discuss remediation of an existing site — it is usually less expensive than clients expect and considerably less expensive than a demand letter.
