Packages

Fixed scope. Published price.

These are engagements we run often enough to price honestly. Each one states what is included, what is deliberately not, how long it takes and who it is wrong for — so you can rule it out without booking a call.

How these work

  • Prices are USD and fixed against the scope on the page.
  • Exclusions are printed, not buried — the boundary is the point.
  • Add-ons are priced up front, so extending is a decision not a negotiation.
  • Anything bespoke is quoted from the ranges on the pricing page.

Coming soon

The catalogue is being finalized

Packages are published from our admin as they are finalized. In the meantime the pricing page carries the ranges these are built from, and a scoped quote takes about two days.

Beyond the catalogue

The ranges everything is built from

Packages are the repeatable shapes. Where a project is genuinely bespoke, these are the bands it will land in.

Discovery & strategy

2–5 weeks, fixed price

$12,000 – $40,000

A paid engagement that ends with a decision, not a pitch. We learn the business, assess the current state, cost the options and recommend one — including recommending you do nothing if that is the honest answer.

  • Stakeholder interviews and process observation
  • Current-state technical or channel assessment
  • Options with cost, risk and tradeoffs
  • Sequenced roadmap with a success baseline
Right if
You know something is wrong but not what to build.
Not if
You already have a validated spec and want it built.

Website & brand

6–16 weeks, fixed price

$25,000 – $150,000

Marketing sites, storefronts, identity systems and the component libraries behind them. Priced on the number of unique templates and the depth of the content model, not on page count.

  • Positioning, information architecture and copy direction
  • Design system and production-ready components
  • CMS build with editor training
  • Performance, accessibility and SEO to a stated standard
Right if
The site is a sales asset and is currently underperforming.
Not if
You need a five-page brochure site fast and cheap.

Custom software

3–12 months, fixed or squad

$75,000 – $600,000+

Applications, portals, internal operations tools and the integration layers under them. The range is wide because a single-workflow tool and a multi-tenant platform are not the same project.

  • Architecture, data model and integration design
  • Two-week increments with working software each time
  • Automated tests and CI/CD from the first commit
  • Documentation written for the team who inherits it
Right if
The process is a competitive asset and off-the-shelf will not fit.
Not if
An existing SaaS product already does 90% of it.

AI implementation

8–20 weeks, fixed price

$40,000 – $250,000

Document processing, support automation, forecasting and retrieval systems — with the evaluation harness that tells you whether it is actually working. We rank use cases by payback and build the one that pays first.

  • Use-case ranking with a value and feasibility score
  • Labeled evaluation set and automated scoring
  • Human-in-the-loop review where reversal is expensive
  • Cost-per-transaction modeling before you commit
Right if
There is a repetitive, high-volume, judgment-light task.
Not if
You want AI in the product because investors asked.

Questions

About buying a package

Yes. Every package is a starting shape, not a rigid SKU. Add-ons are listed on each package page with their own prices, and anything beyond those is quoted as a change to the scope before work begins. What we will not do is quietly absorb extra scope and present a surprise at the end.

Next step

Not sure which one fits?

Describe the outcome in a sentence or two. We will tell you which package covers it, whether a combination is cheaper, or whether none of them are right.

No pitch deck. A 30-minute conversation about what you are trying to achieve.
