Brand, Design & Creative

The unglamorous work that makes a brand feel real

Between the website and the logo sits everything else — decks, proposals, reports, signage, packaging inserts, trade show graphics. It is where most brands quietly fall apart.

Overview

Design systems are usually built for digital product and marketing sites, then everything else is improvised. The sales deck is assembled from four previous decks. The annual report is laid out by whoever knows InDesign. The trade show booth is designed by the print vendor. Each is defensible in isolation and collectively they undo the identity work.

We handle the full range of applied graphic design and, more usefully, build the templates and systems that let your team produce most of it themselves. A well-built presentation template and a set of document layouts eliminate the majority of ad hoc design requests permanently.

For print and environmental work we manage production properly — color specification, paper stock, proofing, vendor liaison. Print is unforgiving of assumptions, and a job that looked correct on screen and wrong on press is expensive to repeat.

Business benefits

What graphic design changes for you

The reasons this work earns its budget, stated as outcomes rather than features.

Presentation systems that hold

Master templates with real layouts, charts and locked styles, so decks stay on brand no matter who builds them.

Sales collateral that supports the pitch

One-pagers, case studies, capability documents and proposal templates designed for how the material is actually used.

Data presented clearly

Charts, infographics and report layouts designed for comprehension rather than decoration — clarity is the point.

Print production managed

Color specification, stock selection, proofing and vendor coordination, so what arrives matches what was approved.

Environmental and event graphics

Booths, signage, wayfinding and office graphics designed for the scale and viewing distance they will actually have.

Templates for your team

Editable files in the tools your team already uses, which converts most future requests into self-service.

Problems solved

If any of this sounds familiar

These are the situations clients describe in the first conversation, and what we do about each.

    Every sales deck looks different.

A master presentation template with layouts and locked styles, plus a slide library of approved content blocks.

Design requests pile up for small routine items.

Templates and a self-service asset library remove most recurring requests, freeing design capacity for work that matters.

Our print materials do not match our digital brand.

Proper color specification across CMYK, Pantone and RGB with proofing, so the brand reproduces consistently across media.

Our trade show booth looked unimpressive next to competitors.

Design for the actual environment — sightlines, distance, lighting and traffic flow — rather than treating it as a large poster.

Our process

How we deliver it

Each stage has a defined output, so you always know what you are getting and when.

    Asset audit

Inventory existing materials, identify inconsistencies and determine which items warrant templates versus bespoke design.

  2. 02

    System extension

Extend brand guidelines into the specific requirements of print, presentation and environmental applications.

  3. 03

    Template development

Build master templates in the tools your team uses, with instructions and locked styling where it matters.

  4. 04

    Applied design

Produce the priority materials, establishing the patterns that subsequent items follow.

  5. 05

    Production and handover

Print management, vendor coordination, asset library organization and team training.

Questions

Graphic Design: common questions

The questions we are asked most about graphic design, answered directly.

Yes. If guidelines exist we work within them and flag gaps we encounter. If they do not, we establish the necessary rules as we go and document them for reuse.
