Mova Solutions LLC (“Mova Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is a technology and digital services company registered in the United States, with offices at 1201 Innovation Parkway, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78730. This policy covers https://www.movasolutions.us and the services we provide through it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details you submit through our forms — name, email, company, phone number.
- The content of your inquiry, including any project details you choose to share.
- Information exchanged during an engagement, governed by our services agreement.
- Application materials if you apply for a role with us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data: IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps.
- Analytics data about how the site is used, collected in aggregate and subject to your consent choices where required.
- Cookie and similar technology data described in our Cookie Policy.
Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you have asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To send communications you have specifically requested.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- To evaluate candidates who apply for roles with us.
We do not use your personal information to train machine learning models, and we do not submit client data to AI services whose terms permit training on submitted content.
Sharing
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf — hosting, email, analytics, CRM — under contracts limiting their use to providing that service.
- Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this policy continuing to apply.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Client data
Where we process data on behalf of a client — for example while building or operating a system — that client is the controller and we act as a processor under our services agreement and any applicable data processing addendum. Requests about such data should be directed to the client. Where protected health information is involved, processing is governed by an executed business associate agreement.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months, client engagement records for the duration of the relationship plus seven years for tax and contractual purposes, and application materials for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the platform in use, currently 14 months.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication on all administrative accounts, and least-privilege access for systems handling personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable state breach notification law.
Your rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may make a request by emailing hello@movasolutions.com. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.
Other US states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others — have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out. We honor these requests through the same process and do not require you to prove residency in a particular state.
Universal opt-out signals
We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request where applicable law requires it.

International transfers
We are a US company and process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are transferring information to the US, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced on this page before taking effect.
